All Tango shows in Buenos Aires offer an abundant, good three-course menu; starter, main and dessert, with several options for each step, always including the must-sees of Argentina: Empanadas, Bife de chorizo, and local desserts. These Tango Houses stand out for expanding the gastronomic proposal to gourmet style at every step, and giving a special touch to either traditional dishes (maintaining their essence) or local or international ones. Wines that are generally good, in these cases have an upgrade.
Some houses, such as El Querandi, have adapted their entire menu in a gourmet way according to the five Argentine gastronomic regions, in addition to having their own winery. In the case of Rojo Tango, the menu is VIP level only, all dishes prepared by international chefs, high-end wines and champagne. Café de los Angelitos also stands out for its adaptation of traditional dishes to a gourmet and sophisticated style.
